This was my first time shipping a car and I decided to use Bears Transport due to their excellent reviews on this site and a very competitive price quote. Liz patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions. She was professional and friendly and great to work with. Communication was prompt via both phone and e-mail. Unlike other companies, Bears Transport didn't require me to give them a pickup window of 7 days, which would not have worked with my schedule. My car was dispatched to Alborz Trucking. They were competent and professional and gave me updates whenever I called. A 3-car truck picked up my car and took it to their main yard. A few days later it was loaded onto the large transport truck and left for the destination. For both pickup and delivery, the drivers called in the morning to say that they would be arriving that afternoon. The drivers were great about providing door-to-door service as promised. The car arrived on time and without damage. The whole process was very smooth. Thanks for the great service!
