Bears Transport assured me that they would be with me throughout the shipping process of a car we had just purchased and needed to have shipped via enclosed carrier from Texas to Tennessee. The pickup was immediately scheduled, the car was picked up on schedule and arrived ahead of schedule. This was amazing as it arrived on a Sunday right after a snowstorm. Unfortunately we couldn't get the car to start and encountered problems getting it up the driveway. The driver stayed with us for an hour and a half to get the car into our garage. They weren't kidding when they said door to door service. I should say garage door to garage door service. I would also like to mention that the car was delivered via top notch equipment including a brand new five car trailer. I will certainly use Bears Transport again for my shipping needs.
