First, let me say I am in no way compensated or have any hidden agenda in providing this review other than to help other folks out so they can not spend as much time investigating and learning this process as I did.

When I made the decision to transport my car from Virginia to Illinois, I was not aware of how the overall process works. These companies are doing ALL of the leg work for you in trying to locate a transport that meets all of your criteria and has spots open and manage that overall experience.

I chose Bears Transport based on the large number of overall positive reviews they received even though their bid came in a bit higher than others. After reading their reviews, I decided that Bears seemed to be the most reputable and had the higher satisfaction rating. I was promptly contacted after I selected them and the agent was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. We did have to increase the price from what the initial bid was, but I was expecting that based on the other bids I had received. They kept in contact with me throughout the process of locating a driver and gave me constant updates regarding pickup. Vehicle arrived on time and safely, which given the possible things that can go wrong, was great. I definitely feel that Bears Transport was key in helping find a reputable driver/agency and ensuring my guidelines were met.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again if I find myself in the need for shipping services again.
