I contacted Bears, and they subcontracted with Auto Star Transport of Spokane, WA. I looked up reviews of Auto Star after my car had been picked up and was worried - all the reviews were dreadful.
They were wrong. Yes, AutoStar was supposed to deliver on Saturday and it came on Monday. This was not a huge problem at all. The car was in great shape and the Auto Star driver was courteous and helpful.
I am very pleased with the total experience!
