I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received from Bears Transport when I had to ship my daughter's car cross country while she was starting her college semester.

While searching for a transport service which would ship my daughter's car from upstate NY cross country to Glendale, AZ., I was becoming very frustrated during my search reading on all the negative reviews from other customers. I then narrowed my search down and finally decided to go with Bears Transport. Not what I expected....IT WAS EVEN BETTER !!!. Liz was great. She was very courteous and professional. She understood my need to ship my daughter's car quickly while trying to accommodate my concerns regarding my budget. She was able to connect me with one of her carriers to schedule my pickup....days ahead of the estimated date. Driver of transport contacted me, arranged pickup time and location. We met, he went over all the particulars of the transport, took his time with me to make sure I understood everything, gave me his estimated date of delivery and finally gave me his cell phone number so I could contact him if I had any questions or concerns. I really was surprised when he was able to meet his delivery date (Picked up on a Thursday and delivery the following Monday) especially when he was traveling during a long holiday weekend.

I would not hesitate to use Bears Transport for my next trip. It was great! I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a no nonsense company that will do everything to work with you.
