I was completely oblivious to how this entire process works, the folks I talked with at Bears were friendly and helped through the process. Car was picked up and delivered two days earlier than the estimated time.

The delivery driver was great! He went out of his way to keep in contact to ensure that I would be available to pickup. Only negative thing I can think of was completely out of his control. He had something break on the rig and sprayed the car with hydrolic fluid. Washed it, not the end of the world.
