I had to get my mother-in-law's car transported to KY by 10/31 and I had actually started my search about a month earlier...but life happened. So, on 10/24 I started searching again and I reached out to another car transport company. The broker told me that he'd find a transporter for pick-up on 10/29. I had him set it up and he told me that he'd let me know once the transporter had bee secured. Now, I'm big on following up and being informed on the process because things happen and plans change. I work in real estate...that's a major thing in the industry. It was Sunday Oct. 28th and I hadn't heard from the guy all week...so I texted him and asked him what the status was on the truck. You know...the clock is ticking and they're suppose to pick-up the next day...my mother-in-law's flight was scheduled already. He didn't answer. To be on the safe side, I called a couple other places. Then I called Josh, left a message, and Josh called back like an hour later. Josh and I talked, I told him the situation, and he promised that he'd find a truck for pick-up. An hour later, Josh called back and said that he had one truck available, but drop-off would be Friday and that he'd keep searching. 40mins after that he called again and said he had another truck that could pick-up on 10/30 and drop off the next day. I said go for it. Meanwhile, the 1st guy called back (after I had signed the agreement with Josh) and was texting me nonstop the entire time and told me that I needed to have more patience in this industry. Whoa, really, dude?! Josh was amazing. He did something in an hour and a half that the other guy took 4 days to do...and Josh kept me informed every step. The driver (Mike) was great, too! Thank you so much, Josh and Mike!!!
