My complaint is against one of the employee of the B and L transportation. I was directed to the same by the auto transport a car shipping company. The person from B and L was supposed to pick up my car for shipping. On 7/24/12 , the employee came and was very unfriendly. The guy asked me where I am from and when told that I am from India he said I don't like people from your country. People from your country are always a problem. With all this nice start he began to look the car , after 10 minutes he refused to take the car saying I have stuff in the trunk. When told that it is usual stuff that weighs less than 100 pounds and it is as per agreed contract he refused to take the car and slammed the back door.When I decide to take legal action this transport company I called the # provided by the auto transport I was answered by the same guy,He was rude and was not professional. When asked to connect to the Manager he shouted and said that he is the manager. When consistently asked for the same he pressed me for knowing the reason of the phone call telling that he is the manager. When called again he informed me that the manager is not here he is in Canada and they do not have 800 telephone #. At 6 :53 pm he called me again to know the reason of my phone call and was more interested in knowing the reason of the phone call .
