They arranged for a pick-up of our vehicle on 6/28/07 - it was a perfect date, as we are military and started our drive on the 30th for my husband to PCS. The driver never contacted us on the 28th. I called that evening to check on when the driver should be contacting us ... oh, the truck was broken down. Ok, I can understand that - I called back on the 29th to see if they had any status on the truck. They didn't know anything. I spoke with a woman who had only been there for 2 weeks - specifically asked her to call me right before they closed 6PM so that I could find out the status of the truck and make a decision about leaving our 2nd car or driving it and canceling the order. I never heard back from the woman who had promised to call me. When I called I only got an answering machine- where I left a message stating that we were canceling the order. I politely thanked them for their lack of attention to the job. On July 10th I got a call from a driver they were ready to pick-up my car, which we had driven after canceling the order. So, obviously even if they check the voice mail, they don't listen to it, because they would have known to cancel the order. I would not use them again, due to their lack of responsiveness. Calling a customer before walking out the door to confirm the truck is still not available and then canceling the order is easy to do and they chose not to do so.
