Please do not use BT Auto Transport. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. After placing an order for an enclosed carrier at a priorty rate of $2,300 to expedite an order from Vermont to Utah, I called several times to ensure the car would be picked up in the 3-5 day time frame that they guaranteed. Any time I called to check on the status, the only response I received was "I will have to speak with our dispatcher and he is out of the office at this time." I never once had a phone call returned. The only call I received was from Chris, who on many occasions rudely blew me off, who told me that he had an open carrier who could pick up the car. This is a day after I called and cancelled my order since I was once again not called back. This company was horrible and the individuals I dealt with had no concern for their customer.

At BT Auto Transport, we value all of our customers. When transporting a vehicle, we believe you should research any company you consider using. We recommend that you do not use propaganda sites where the information may come from competitors, or from companies themselves in the case of good reports. Please consider using the Better Business Bureau where all complaints are verified, validated and resolutions are posted. BT Auto Transport transports thousands of vehicles a year, and have a 99% customer satisfaction rating. You will find that the few complaints against our company that have been filed with the BBB have all been resolved or dismissed.
