The only problem I had was that for some reason their auto e-mails to me kept getting caught in my junk mail filter, so I didn't know when my vehicle was scheduled for pick-up. I kept calling in but for some reason their staff on the phone didn't have the most current information. I couldn't get them to give me a pick-up time over the phone, and then they were unaware when the driver actually picked up the vehicle. So when I called the pick-up location to notify them that I still didn't have a pick-up date or time, I was told "they already picked it up yesterday!" But other than that, the efficiency of e-mail communication and the courtesy of the driver was surperb. I would definitely use them again.
