Poor customer service of any business that I've dealth with

U.S Marine just moving back from Japan after returning from Iraq and hired BT to transport vehicle from CA to GA. There were 4 scheduling changes and noone could to inform me of the changes. I had to call numerous times to get info. Info was always incomplete and said that they would return my phone calls with updated information. Never received any calls, hung up on and Received my vehicle nearly 1 month after hiring and over 1 week late from the final change. No update, call, or explanation! Use at your own risk!
