Great service and late because of snow

I chose this service because it has a high rating with the Better Business Bureau. I wasn't disappointed.

The customer service was professional and communicative. My representative and I were informed about the progress of the car as it crossed the country. The truck drivers were competent and the car arrived without any damage.

I had been told that the transporter would probably be enclosed, however, my car was transported in the open. This didn't bother me because I asked for open transport to save money.

The only possible problem I can think of is that the car arrived a couple of days later than predicted. This is understandable considering that my car was transported to New England during February.

Bill Thank you for giving Awesome Auto Transporters the opportunity to ship your vehicle. i want to apologize for the shipment being a day late but that New England weather affected our travel time. If u ever need to ship a vehicle again dont hesitate to call.
