I was unhappy with the communication from Awesome Auto Transporters. I felt that most of the communication was initiated by me and responses were slow. I was consistently told to have a certified check at the time of delivery and when the transport company that brought my trailer showed up they expected cash. I was told again and again that the truck that was supposed to bring my trailer was in the shop and the pick up of my trailer kept getting delayed. I do not feel I was told the truth.
