I had a week to move from one coast to the other. I chose the worst time to travel because the weather really delayed the shipping of my car. Though I had to leave a head of my car, customer support did a great job in coordinating the pickup of my car from a trusted family member. Also, the weather delayed pickup of my car by a week, which is no fault of the company. However, once my car was picked up, the transport time was just as they said. I received my car in 5 days and in perfect condition. Communication wasn’t horrible, but we can all improve in that area. My only feedback would be to ensure your clients understand the way the service works so that they can plan accordingly. Especially if they are in my situation where time was extremely limited.
