To keep my long story short, JUST BOOK WITH THEM! When I called in October to have a car shipped for my daughter, I didn't like the price. It was too high for what I wanted to spend. Teddy explained the companies services & gave me an education on the business (being it my first time shipping a car), but I thought I knew better. I saved the email with the quote & looked for a lower rate. Booked with another company who didn't ask for money or send a contract. They said that would be dealt with once they found the driver. So, no time frames or follow up calls. 11 days past my pick up date & 15 days go by before I can get someone to respond to me. They don't have a driver. Went with another company who said something similar to the first company plus "no hidden fees" the day after pick up date they call with driver info and want $300 more & a merchant fee & taxes. I cancel with them and it was a PAIN! Its mid December now. I find the email from AVON and very nice girl Clarice helped me. She told me the price had gone up from the first quote & re-explained the services. Although I still wanted the cheap rate, she made clear that I may have the same problems finding a driver for my date, but they had a driver for their contractor rate. I took her advice & went with the Contractor service. They picked up the car a day early and dropped it off just in time for my daughter before Christmas. I should have just listened to them & went with their service from the beginning! Thank you Teddy & Clarice for your wonderful service! Will be using them next fall when my grandchildren ship their cars to college. JUST BOOK WITH THEM!
