Mike was very thorough from the get go. He was patient, informative, and not pushy. It took a few weeks before I made the decision to actually have my car shipped and Mike's information remained consistent. Consistently lower than all other quotes!
The only difficulty I had with Mike was that I was shocked how soon he had my car up on a truck and ready to go. Anyone having your car shipped, be clear with your broker that you do not want it loaded until you have given final consent.
Mike took the risk of booking a truck with a low, quick, and rare offer. I was caught off guard, but Mike showed great customer service by working out arrangements for the inconvenience. My car arrived much sooner than I would have guessed from booking to delivery.
Mike, the truck transport dispatchers, and the driver were all wonderful in making me feel secure about my car's cross country trip, delivery, and payment transactions.
