I am Active Duty Military and was driving from Florida to Washington State to report to my new duty station. I had to stop in Missouri and put my car in a shop. I then had to continue on to Washington State.
The military did not handle the shipping of the vehicle because I had already selected the option of driving rather than have the military ship my vehicle.

So, I had to find a company to ship my vehicle (out of my pocket).

I called my daughter in Florida and asked her to surf the internet for modes of shipping my vehicle. She found many companies full of reviews and from all she read Avenderle Transport had far better reviews than all the others.

I called and received excellent service from the phone rep.

It took almost three weeks for the shop in Missouri to obtain the proper parts and repair my vehicle. The phone rep was in contact during this period (both by phone and email).
The day the shop completed repairs on my vehicle the insurance company stopped paying for the rental car and it started coming out of my pocket.

Avenderle had my vehicle picked up way ahead of the predicted target date and the truck driver stayed in contact with me and was totally helpful on getting my vehicle to me as soon as possible.

I hope I never have to ship another vehicle, especially under these circumstances, but Avenderle will be the company I will use if the need arises.
