I have worked with Gilbert twice in the past and he has always impressed with his customer service skills and ability to set correct and reasonable expectations.
The carriers he chooses for moving the vehicle are always on-time for pickup and on both occasions delivered the car earlier than scheduled [The second time the car was delivered within 3 days]
