Do not use!!1 Al is the rudest person I have been in contact with in my 41 years. The deposit is not a deposit yet the fee you owe them on top of the quoted amount. Go directly to a company with their own trucks not a brokerage. Al threatened to drop my car off in a parking lot half way home. I left my deposit with them on amex but once the car was on the trailer" held hostage" they demanded I go to their bank and deposit cash ot hey would leave my car on the side of the road. I was cussed, demeaned, and he tried to belittle me but in the end he has to sleep at night knowing he is a crook. Al in dispatch and the girl in there with him were worse than dealing with timeshare salesman. Do your self a favor and RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THey demanded extra cash at time of delivery or they were taking my car. I had a printed copy of the contract and all receipts but they claim the deposit means brokerage fee so basically I had to pay a ransom to the bandits to get my car.
