I totally agree with many customer complaints posted here because it's my personal experience with Available Logistics. They are NOT UP FRONT about being a Broker. They throw the contract at you and say read it.....this is just the beginning of bait.

They gave me a quote of $765 then after I paid the $175 (thinking its part of the quote) I recieved e-mails stating the BALANCE DUE IS $590 UPON DELIVERY. This business is very DECEIVING! They were late picking up my truck but while I'm waiting...they contacted me and said the transport co. wanted $800 to tansport my truck.
In a nut shell....Available Logistics is a business that lacks integrity and communicates corruptly.

To top that... the transportor (Schroeder) tells me at time of pickup that he wants an extra $100 for having a box in the front seat and my spare tire in the back of the truck. The driver talked about Federal regulation (which I understand) but he openly admitted that the extra $100 was for himself transporting the things also.... Were they all working together??????

What makes Available LOgistics look even WORST is that they respond back to these FACTS and try to justify there DECEPTION of service.
I WOULD NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE TO ANYONE!

It is too bad that the custoimer overloaded the car and went totally against what he was told, not to place anything in the front, but I guess he wanted to do what he wanted ???????? The contract calls for a charge of up to $200.00 if the customer overloads the car, this is not a moving van. It was cleared with the customer prior to pickup that the driver requested additional money to move the vehicle and that he could opt ou and continue to wait for another truck at the quoted price. It is too bad that the customer was so lazy that he could not read the contract but was able to sign and agree with it. None of the extra money went to us, it was given to the driver and this can be proven. It is too bad that the customer wanted to get the move for nothing.
