Took my credit card info inappropriately at one low ball price then immediately sent me email for another price. I had to cancel my credit card over concerns. Called and emailed me back over my shipment at first then wouldn't answer my wife's or my calls or emails at all. They left their order on the job board, though I told them many times to cancel it, causing drivers to shy away from the order when I went to another company. Eventually cost me more because of the continued posting. Nice looking online ad and claiming 700 transports a month of questionable validity for a company in business for about a month with, from our stand point, bad customer service. We contacted the Dept of Transportation and others because we were so upset about the mistreatment by this company. They pressure you early when you ask for transport to get you to list with them.
