Stay away!

Nice and sweet until they get your money. Then they act like they are too busy for you. We moved cross country from VA to CA and we had to leave the car with the neighbor. 23 days later, the car still wasn't picked up! I called and cancelled, had to fax it in writing to cancel and was told it takes 2 weeks for a refund. I called after two weeks with no refund. John asked how long it had been. I said two weeks, and he said, it takes 3 weeks for a refund. He said I was "arrogant crap" and he hung up on me. Talked to somebody else, and she said to call back and talk to Greg. I called back, and the girl was extremely rude and said Greg wasn't in today.

Honestly, I don't know how these people stay in business. I have called my bank to help me get my money back. I can't call Autotrail again because my blood starts to boil when I talk to them. I will also contact the BBB and post my experience on as many message boards as possible. I don't want a single person, especially another military member, to go through the stress we went through because of this company.

Stay away! Oh, their "on hold" message is ridiculous. The lady brags about how courteous they are. They also brag about how they service "movie stars" and celebrities. What a joke!
