Aweful communication

Because the pick-up was several days late and my car was switched to a second truck, although I was told it stays on the same truck, I asked for a minimal $100 refund. Mirel said he would do so ( I have the email on file ). After dozens of phone calls and dozens of emails - I NEVER received the refund. Very arrogant, and completely non - responsiveness, I would never use them again.
