What a waste of time

It seems like a good company until you sign their contract. Then, you don't hear back from them until a week later, only to tell you that they can't pick up the vehicle on time. When Mirel offered to cancel the contract, I did not hesitate a second. Why would I want to trust a company that has Terrible/inexisitent customer service? I kept calling and left numerous voicemails and wrote two emails before finally getting an answer. Yes, I must admit the quoted price for the transport was excellent and nearly unbeatable, but what is it good for if they can't deliver? All I ended up with is having my vehicle sitting at the dealer a whole week, then had to arrange transport with a different carrier. Good shipping companies get good reviews even something goes wrong with the shipment if they at least try to fix the problem and keep the customer informed. But Autos On The Go failed in every possible way, I can only imagine the worse if my vehicle was picked up after all. I'm glad they never did.
