I am satisfied with this company, yet was completely honest in my ratings. They initially said they'd pick up Friday night or Saturday morning. That turned into Monday. The car arrived on open transport, bottom row on the next Saturday morning. The back end was covered in oil, which the driver said was "drippings from an overhead bridge" when he was stuck in traffic. It was quite obviously oil from the car that had been parked above it. Washed off easily, no other damage to car. Driver said the second key was in the glovebox, but I had to ask him to check his cab repeatedly where, of course, he had the second key. Overall? It was far cheaper than other quotes, minor inconveniences but nice people overall.
