They did exactly what they said they were going to do. the 12 to 24hr call ahead of time was exactly 24hrs ahead both on pick up and delivery. the 1hr befor delivery was right on time, then they arrived 5-10min early on both pick up and delivery. The only thing I didnt like was the price posted on the internet was rejected. Then when I called to find out why they dont answere the 800# but I had gotten a phone number from the BBB and they answered that right away. Then they gave me a price $50 more, but everybody did that. They were still the cheepest. I will use them again if need be.
