I would like to re-review this company. After I sent a complaint email to the company, I was contacted in less then 30 minutes. This was followed up by a personal phone call from V.P. Larry Tolstyka. Larry listened to my complaints and was most apologetic. We discussed the breakdown in communication and solutions to fix this problem. Lary was honest, kind and extremely professional in dealing with me. He is starting on investigation to see where protocols must be changed to provide better customer service. Larry then followed up with a letter to myself and my father assuring us that this would not happen again. He also stressed that he would not want to lose our business after working with us for 12 years. I commend Larry for his honesty and professionalism in resolving what was a diffucult transport. Please do not let my prior review stop you from working with Larry and Autolog. I feel much better that their customer service will improve as well as communication. Debi Nicholson
