We shipped a Ford Explorer from New York to California in a closed rail car. It arrived just as it had left. There was no damage nor anything stolen. All of the Autolog representatives were knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. The car left the day after we dropped it off and although it arrived three days after the original estimate, the company called to notify us of the change. They had also called during the trip to let us know the anticipated arrival date. We decided to use Autolog after reading the many excellent reviews and, after our positive experience, wanted to add our recommendation to the list.
