I had a bad experience with Autolog when they delivered my car there was a chip on the back
door and grease on th rear seat.
When I called to complain the asked me to submit photos and estimates for the repair ,of which
did.
Their answer was that they are truly sorry for the grease in the back seat .but the drivers have
to go under the car to secure then on the carrier and once the car is on the carrier, they have
to climb out of nthe window to get out of the car.
