I made my reservation about a week in advance and paid via American Express. There is an extra $15 fee for this.
They gave me a four hour window for pickup, but notified me halfway through the window that they were running late. They continued to call periodically to update me until the pickup about two hours after the original window. When they picked up the car, the driver was courteous and careful with my vehicle.
The car arrived about nine days later (we did not arrange a particular delivery date in advance) in good shape with no unwanted milage.
Four out of five stars, would be five but for the late pickup, which they did a good job of keeping me informed about.
