Shipped my car last Spring from FLA to NJ. Car was delivered filthy dirty with $1700 of body damage. After getting runaround for 45 days, got a check for $500, citing their "contract" liability limit was $500 and additional insurance was available at my cost. I was never informed of either a liability limit or additional insurance. Had I been I would've purchased. Bottom line, if you have damage during shipping as I did, Autolog will throw you to the curb with $500 as they did me. I honestly believe they are protecting their subs who are below standard in many ways. Why else would they fail to identify their sub to me so I could go after them?
