I was in a bind, the hurricane happened and we wanted to get to Florida as soon as possible. I called on a Thursday morning. Kim answered and after hearing my story told me that they usually needed a week in advance but told me to hold on a minute. She returned and said that they would take care of me. That morning my wife and I drove the car to the terminal in Linden, NJ. As we were waiting for our turn my wife said look at this place everything is neat and clean, I bet they will handle our car the same way. We were taken care of in a timely and professional way, paid our money and left. That Sunday morning we got a call our car was in Florida in just three days. We have heard horror stories about auto transport companys, all we can say is that 5 is the best rating you give, in my book they're a 10.
