I contacted Sam and asked lots of questions and everything seemed fine, so I paid $2490.00 for the transport and things went down hill from there. They seem friendly until there is a problem then its always a story or someone else's fault. Sam blatantly lied on numerous occasions. The Car was coming from Washington state to NY state. They claim satellite tracking which was not true. The driver called and said he had the car and needed a large parking lot to drop off. I told him the car was not insured, registered, or inspected and that this is not what I paid for. The address on the paperwork clearly stated my address. He would not take no for an answer so he dropped it off at a parking lot several miles away and I had to pay to have the car hauled to my residence on a flat bed. The antenna got bent and put a riffle in the fender when it was moved along its travels. I wanted it fixed and Sam told me I was trying to get a free paint job. I told him this is a concourse restoration on a 1970 Cuda 440-6 pk and appraised at just over $112,000.00 and that the paint job was 2 weeks old. He gave me a bunch of crap about insurance deductible. He said he would offer $200.00 "Take it or leave it". This place is very crooked. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE". Consider yourself warned. This is illegal too. The driver was very ruff with my car. The car was delivered with a dead battery and out of gas and had to be winched off the trailer onto the flatbed truck. The outfit I had haul the car did not charge me for that luckily, just the transport.

To make a long story short, I got the check from his insurance co. but not the deductible part from Sam's company. He refused to pay it. I called the NY State Attorney Generals office and they got my insurance estimate check sent to me. They did not want to pay for the flat bed service. Sam told me to "get it if I can". Meaning he wouldn't pay. Well Sammy, I did get it, didn't I? I filled another claim with the Illinois State Attorney General office and they got the money for the transport fee. This was all done absolutely FREE OF CHARGE for anyone wanting to get this done for themselves. Now that this was filed in the state of operation it will be on his business record. I have also filed complaints with the BBB, federal trucking assoc. the Federal trade commission, The NYS assembly, Consumer Protection Bureau and many others and now I'm on here to warn everyone!!

I can go on and on but I won't. This took from May to the end of August. The Attorney Generals only took 2 weeks total. I did get what I was in titled to. I now have to have the inconvenience of getting the car fixed and hope the paint matches. The company does not have very good trucks or equipment and almost seems low budget with low wages or something with the drivers they seem to have working for them.

OK Sam, what are you going to say on here to save face? You were wrong, I was right, I got the money for repairs. Wish I could of got something from you for my inconvenience. To anyone else Feel free to contact me if you need info on your State Attorney Generals Office.

First of all . I would like to apologies to our customer and readers and admit that damage has happened to the antenna of customers car. However there are some things left out by the client . First of all he calls me arrogant , and a liar, I have helped him all the way from the beginning , I was never rude to this man on the other hand from very beginning this man himself was arrogant , and used very abusive language towards me, language that I will leave to your imagination because it's too explicit to write in this review . I have explained to him over the phone because of the amount of money he is seeking for damages I am not authorized to pay him his requested amount, It has to go through the insurance company and this will take some time for them to process the claim . As an immediate resolution to his problem we offered him a quick resolution of $ 200.00 as a settlement for his antenna . ( standard procedure which helps everyone getting past any miss haps that might have accrued. ) Now you may wonder why did we offer $ 200.00 for his antenna ? Antenna's are widely available and they are not very expensive maybe 10-40 dollars but that's what we call good customer service, all though we did mess up ,this is one way of saying we are sorry for all the troubles to our valued customers. As far as the damage to the paint , the driver said the antenna was bent in half and there was no visible damage to the paint other than some paint imperfection when the car was painted that happened to be in close proximity to that antenna. I will not speculate on what was the customers intention or reason for making this into a whole seen , for all I know it might have been because he noticed the imperfection on the car at time of delivery and decided that it's a perfect opportunity to fix the paint job that was screwed up by the person who painted the car at our expense . If that was so his mission was accomplished by some fluke and mistake on Insurance company's part who had authorized the repairs on his vehicle , therefore we are obligated to present our deductible to our customer which we did as in our contract . As far as Mr. Jeff saying we refused to pay the deductable is absolutely false , when we file a claim with the insurance company they never keep us informed of their progress in the case ,they work things out between them and the customer . When Mr. Jeff called us he already received money from the insurance Co , and since they paid the claim we had no chance of refusal we must honor the deductable , and no questions were asked, check was immediately issued for the deductable to Mr. Jeff. So Mr. Jeff is adding a bit of fantasy here into the mix. Ohh , he also mentions the batteries were dead and fuel was low ...... You got to be kidding me, Are we supposed to fill up his tank too ? and change or charge his batteries ? We have been in business of delivering peoples cars for over 16 years we have moved well over 100,000 cars for our customers . Yes, problems do happen once in a great while , we are only humans we make mistakes too, however I believe it is about how you deal with these problems when they do occur . Every case is different in many cases people can be understanding and willing to work together to resolve situations and in other cases people just become vicious . I can't even tell you how many times I have apologize to Mr. Jeff for the claim that happened. Under no circumstances have I lost my cool , I've taken his verbal abuse and tried to make him as happy as I could have . Many companies would have gave him a finger and not even file a claim with the insurance co , and others go out of business every day so in essence they would have not even cared about Mr. Jeff and his damage they have caused him . But we did . We do stick behind the work we do and out of so many thousands of customers we have transported for , there came this case . Certainly we try our best to learn from these situation and try to resolve them as soon as possible in the utmost professional manner . This case has been resolved in full.
