I have dealt with another shipping company in the past, and in comparison, I must say I am very pleased with AutoZipper. Brian @ AutoZipper will follow up as promised, and is very good at returning calls (even during his off times). I used AutoZipper based on a recommendation from a friend who also used the service recently.

AutoZipper was the broker for my transportation (Porsche Convertible), and even though not the carrier, I felt that he managed the whole process and ensured proper communication throughout the whole process. I had questions, and Brian would ensure that the driver called me, and would follow up to ensure that I was satisfied, and to keep himself in the loop with what is going on.

Initially, I had questions about whether to ship open vs enclosed, and based on my circumstances, route, and time of year, and type of vehicle, Brian was able to advise me as to what the risks and costs were, and I was able to make an informed decision.

AutoZipper is also very prompt. My vehicle was pending pickup on a Tuesday, and AutoZipper arranged a shipper on standby in case it was ready. Turned out vehicle was ready next day, but AutoZipper was still able to arrange transport.

I also had specific requirements about the drop off time, and AutoZipper was able to ensure that these were accommodated.

In all, AutoZipper provides prompt friendly service. Brian definitely ranks as one of the friendliest and most helpful people I have worked with.

Though not the cheapest in my case, AutoZipper is worth the slight premium as you really need somebody on your side who is attentive and prompt working for you and managing the whole process.
