Overall, a great experience and I would use Autozipper again. I was a little worried when no one contacted me about picking up the car in the scheduled time. Called Brian and he got to the bottom of it, actually arranged for a different pickup option that worked out better for us. Autozipper was in constant communication and provided updates all through the process. If he didn't know the answer, he didn't make stuff up, he found out the answer and was prompt on returning phone calls. Very satisfied with the process.
