My move was from CA to NY and I NEEDED my car on Sept 12. Brian was upfront right from the beginning and said he could not guarantee the delivery date. However, he did everything he could to make arrangements so that I could get my car in time and drive it to my ultimate destination in Canada. I did not get my car in time but both Brian and Serge, my truck driver, kept me apprised with updates so I could make alternate arrangements. I could not ask for more. I received my car a day late with no damage. Thank you Brian and Serge for the terrific service you provided.
