I shipped my 2000 Miata from LA to Allentown though Autozipper and was nervous since it was my first time shipping a car. Brian is very nice and helpful and everything went smoothly. Autozipper is a broker and I was a little wary when another company (i think it was Auto trans inc) came to pick up my car - but they were very professional and helpful and documented everything very well on pick up. The driver wasn't comfortable dropping off my car in my neighborhood because of the small streets so I took a $10 taxi ride to meet him in a Home Depot parking lot. He did come 1 day after the expected delivery window but that was no big deal. At least it came to me in one piece with no damage - just covered in a thick layer of filth which a good washing took care of. Overall it was a good experience - just need to be patient and have faith in the system ;)
