Autozipper did a great job with my transport need. Initially, they thought it would be a couple weeks before there would be a driver in New York for the pickup but they were able to find someone who enabled the pickup within 5 days of my call. This was much appreciated by me as I had left my request to the last minute. The trip across the country was quicker than I expected and contact with the driver along the way was easy. The driver was considerate of my schedule in the delivery time as I was driving to the drop off location from Canada. The car was in great condition and I had no concerns. One thing I did not expect that did happen was that the driver was not able to pick up or drop off the car on the transporter at the residential locations that I had requested. He picked it up at location but then had to drive it himself to his truck as a manhattan pick-up would have been difficult in his truck. Also, the residential area for drop-off was tight, so I met him at a car dealership nearby for the drop-off. This was not a big deal to me, but something to consider if you are trying to transport a vehicle that does not have insurance on it during transport.
