I have never shipped a car anywhere before, and so I had no idea how to start. I found AutoZipper on this website, and the reviews were so much better than the other carriers I was considering. Their price was comparable to the other 2 places I called, and even a bit less in one case. Brian was SO nice on the phone, and really worked with me to get the car picked up on the day that worked best for me. Everything happened exactly as he said it would. I was not in a hurry to get my car in NY, so I am not sure how fast the delivery was. I think it was at the longer end of the estimate they gave me, but I was clear that I was in no hurry from the beginning.
The only thing that happened is that I asked Brian if I needed to take my change for parking out of the center console of my car before shipping it. He said he didn't think so. However, when I received the car in New York, my $10 roll of quarters was gone. I called Brian and told him what happened, and he remembered our conversation so he promptly sent me a check to replace the $10. He followed up several time with me as well.
In my move from Los Angeles to New York, we dealt with a lot of incompetent people, but Brian is not one of them!
