The task was to ship a Toyota Corolla from Philadelphia to my daughter in San Diego, CA. AuroZipper (AZ) was one of many brokers/transporters with whom I spoke. I liked AZ because of Brian Cronin and previous reviews from the “Transport Reviews” web site. Brian explained in detail the process for transporting a vehicle from Philadelphia to San Diego, CA. He provided clear and accurate instructions and answered my many questions about the transport process. During the transport, if I had a question that couldn’t be answered right away, then Brian would find the information and call me back within a short time. The transport fee was reasonable and AutoZipper’s service was outstanding from processing the reservation to arranging the vehicle pickup and delivery. The pickup was within four days from when I made the reservation. The vehicle carrier drivers were prompt on the date/time of the pickup appointment. The car carrier was clean and the drivers were very courteous. They performed a thorough inspection of the vehicle before it was loaded onto the carrier. Delivery took somewhat longer than anticipated - 10 days - but was not a critical factor for me or my daughter. The carrier was also flexible on the delivery, since my daughter was not available on the scheduled day for delivery. The Corolla, upon arrival, showed no ill effects from the long transport. My daughter performed a thorough inspection of the vehicle, found no damage and signed the Bill of Lading. Final payment to the carrier driver had to be in cash or certified check. AutoZipper provided excellent transport services and made the transport of the Corolla to San Diego virtually painless. I would definitely recommend utilizing Brian Cronin and AutoZipper for competent and efficient auto transport services.
