After reading many reviews of auto transporting services online, I came across Auto Zipper's reviews which stood out to be the most positive by majority of reviews amongst the rest. I made some phone calls to screen out the customer service part of each company considered, and first impression does matter. I was not disappointed by Brian [Cronin]'s initial prompt response and enthusiastic service. And most important of all in customer service, Brian was consistently sincere, professional and helpful throughout the entire time. Since this was my first time transporting my car cross-state, I had many questions and wanted to be assured that nothing too surprising would come up during my move. Brian gave his honest assessment of what I should expect given my move schedule, worked out both his shipper's schedule and mine. He was upfront with everything, including how auto transport business with customers should work, worked out the "worse-case scenario" just in case, kept me in the loop all the way thru the day of my car pick-up. On the delivery side, I was also very happy with the liaison, George [from Bridge Auto Haul Inc] in AR. My car arrived shortly after a few days of the pickup. The car was in the same condition before and after arrival. Everything went smoothly! I would definitely recommend Brian/Auto Zipper to anyone who is looking for auto transporting service.
