This was my first time to buy a car over the internet and have it shipped to me. I didn't have any idea how to find an auto transporter or determine if one was considered dependable. I posted the load on an internet site and received several shipping quotes. I Didn't know how to evaluate the transporters but luckily found Transport Reviews which was loaded with information relating actual experiences customers had with trnasporters. I checked ratings on the company's that had placed bids on my load and chose AutoZipper, which had the best ratings (5 Stars), most glowing reviews and a reasonable price. I contacted Brian Cronin at AutoZipper to make the arrangments and after talking to him felt assured that Brian had my best interest in mind. We initially had a little bit of a problem getting somebody to take the load, but Brian stayed with it until we got a quality trucker assigned to my shipment. He did everything necessary that was within his power to make the load more attractive, because it was being delivered to an out-of-the-way location in Arkansas. He kept me informed during the posting, contracting, pickup and delivery stages of the process which helped me feel at ease...something that was critical to me and my paranoid state during this transaction. Things could not have been handled any better!
Thanks again to Brian and anybody reading this review should be assured that I will use Brian Cronin & AutoZipper on any transport I have in the future.
