Brian was always there to pick up the phone and always called back with informatoin needed.HE NEVER FAILED ON HIS WORD.The contact person on the other end (Mike) did not seem to be able to locate the carrier. It is my suggestion that the carrier driver at the end of the day should advise everyone concerned regarding his whereabout. Car owners need to know when the delivery can be made. Car owners have their life with schedules to follow. If delivery date cannot be determined some personal plans may be kept hanging. At any rate I for one am satisfied with my car delivery. I was on vacation and available so there was no problem.
