Brian Cronin was very polite, knowledgeable and prompt. At the price I paid, this was by far the best service I had encountered among many companies that I requested quotes from. I received a 3 day window for pickup and plenty of advance notice/information.
The actual carrier contracted to deliver my car was a little dodgy - they arrived at 11 PM when they were scheduled for 7 PM, and could barely speak English. Of course, AutoZipper is the broker, not carrier, but I was slightly concerned with their choice (as the carrier ultimately determines when/in what condition your car arrives). In the end, everything turned out fine - it took 9 days to move my car from MA to WA, matching the original 7-10 day estimate.
The 4 star rating is solely because of my concerns with the particular carrier used.
