I really liked the customer service representative when I placed my order. Prompt responses. All the individuals involved in the delivery of my car were nice and honest. However, actual pick up and delivery of my car was challenging. The transportation co. wanted to pick up my car at a different date/time than what was mentioned when I placed the order. The delivery was a day earlier than what was quoted while I was enroute to my destination by plane. It would be nice if they can provide a more accurate time/date of pick-up and delivery. Especially because I was making a cross-country move, the details were important to me.
