When I called I spoke with Brian Cronin. At the time my son had been in a terrible accident while driving from Las Vegas to Florida. His car was not drivable at all and was taken to a nearby shop. I called many companies and thankfully came across Auto Zippers and Brian Cronin. He took care of the situation completely. He found my son a shipper for the same day and promptly shipped my son's car with almost no notice at all. He was willing to do everything he could to help my family, and called me with updates all day long until that extremely damaged car was loaded. Loading this car was a huge challenge and we were never charged extra for it. He even called me daily to let me know where the car was at all times and gave me the estimated arrival date along with the drivers cell number so that we could be prepaired for the cars arrival. I received above excellent customer service. Anyone may contact me for any info on this company. I can't praise Auto Zippers and Brian Cronin Enough.
