My situation is a little unusual that I had to leave the country for a while, so that I asked two friends: one for getting my car shipped and the other for picking up at the new location. Brian was pretty good at coordinating the whole process, contacting my friends at both cities, and making sure that the car got delivered on the date I preferred. He was also very prompt at making the arrangement and keeping me informed via emailing while I was out of the country. The only disappointment is that I found some cracks on the front bumper of the car. However, since I wasn't there when the driver got the car delivered, it's pretty hard to argue that the damage was made during the shipment. Brian told me he would contact the driver, and hopefully I can hear something back from the driver.
