We could not have had a better experience. Brian Cronin, the contact person in L.A., was exceedingly polite and knowledgeable. He walked us through the process, patiently answered all of our questions, and reassured us that the car would arrive in excellent condition, albeit possibly somewaht dirty from days in an open carrier. As promised, the vehicle, a 2006 Ford Escape, was picked up in Los Angeles within the three day window agreed upon (with twenty-four hours' notice) and delivered early - six days later - to Massachusetts by a very cooperative and helpful driver. We received door-to-door service without a hitch.

Having researched a number of internet auto transporters and having read a series of unbelievably bad experiences by helpless and outraged customers, we consider ourselves extremely lucky to have discovered Auto Zipper.

Without a doubt we would use Auto Zipper again should the need ever arise.
