I was very nervous about using an auto transport service after seeing some horrible stories on the news and hearing about various scams. I also did not know anyone personally who had the service done who could recommend a reliable, reputable transporter. I've made enough (3 to be exact) cross-country drives/moves from TX-CA to know there was no way I'd do it a 4th time.

I picked AutoZipper based on the copious amounts of positive reviews I read while researching various companies. After speaking with a few, I decided Autozipper was by far the best choice. Brian was able to answer all of my many, I'm sure annoying questions, replied to emails/voicemails immediately, and was very knowledgeable. As pickup times are very iffy I was impressed that Brian was able to narrow it down to days I requested. Technically, the pickup was late due to a problem with the truck. However, I was notified immediately and seeing that I was flying out early the next morning was relieved that Brian allowed me to drop my car off at his house. Being able to drop off my vehicle with Brian and have him take care of the pickup the next day while I was flying, was such a huge relief!

The delivery was also a wonderful experience. I had the driver's cell and could contact him anytime for updates. He was extremely friendly and did a late night drop off so I could have my car ASAP. My car arrived in one piece, a little dirty but expected, and with everything I packed in the trunk still intact.

Overall, I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Brian and Autozipper. I would recommend it and will use it again in the future. I hated spending so much money for shipping but it was well worth it and beats a 2 day drive any day.
